MESA Digital, works closely with builders to provide seamless
cutting edge technology in today's new homes. By integrating services
like our structured wiring, security, and distributed audio in your
homes, you not only gain profit, you gain a market advantage. Builders
are beginning to include these services according to National Association
of Home Builders Research Center (NAHBRC), in fact they estimate that
42% of builders offer structured wiring as either a standard or upgrade
option.

Structured wiring in new homes has seen a strong growth of 19% in just
one year. In fact, in 2002 structured wiring in new homes reached an
all-time high penetration of over 42%. This is a huge jump considering
it was included in just 26% of homes back in 2000. According to the
NAHBRC only a few other building materials such as vinyl windows have
experienced such a tremendous leap.
the process
Every MESA Digital experience begins with a initial consultation with
the customer. In the case of builders or developers, this appointment
is usually set-up through their company. The point of this first meeting
is to get an idea of what they have in mind and how our services can
best suit their needs. We then compile this information and design a
system or package that will not only fit the customer's expectations,
it will exceed them.
Upon agreement of time-lines, labor, and equipment necessary between MESA Digital and the customer, we will then draw up a contract to begin work.
All wiring and rough in work will be handled by our company, usually right
after the electricians have been through. All specialty equipment will be
installed by MESA Digital after the drywall and painting has been done.
Many of the products we sell and install require extensive training and
certification to work with, allowing uncompromising quality standards. We
will have a MESA Digital supervisor dedicated to each job to ensure the
excellence and timeliness of our work. During this process, the customer is
more than welcome, and in fact invited, to have a guided walk through of how
things come together, without having to learn all of the technical intricacies.
We have found this type of service further implements trust and comfort with
their new system.
Prior to the move in date, MESA Digital will do a final walk through with
the customer demonstrating every aspect of the system going over the operation of
the equipment. We then provide two follow-up visits, at no extra charge, during
the first sixty days after move in, in case the customers have any questions or
require further training. Along with this service, all equipment is warranted
through the manufacturer and we will go over all paper work necessary to ensure
the warranties are in place.
Every customer is managed, inventoried, and cared for as a single account even
if they are included in an entire development we have installed. We understand that
people can be weary of new technology and we are more than willing, if not insistent,
upon being there every step of the way. No other company on the market offers this
kind of service, simply because of cost. We truly feel that profitability comes
